The best solution to manage STF risk in the service department.

Nothing says automotive service excellent better.  Great to look at and work on!

Learn How DriveSeriesUSA with SUPER.Grip Meets the Latest
ANSI A326.3 Standard!

New STF risk standard that increases the requirement of brands, dealerships, architects, builders, and flooring contractors to use the right product for the environment of use. This standard has (3) metrics that must be addressed:

    1. Users, specifiers, builders, and flooring contractors are to measure the environment of use to make sure that the appropriate tile material is used in these areas.

    2. There is a higher DCOF (dynamic coefficient of friction) standard for areas exposed to greater risk.  These environments are service drive, workshop, detailing, back of house, locker rooms, and oil-lube service facilities.  The greater the exposure to oils, grease, moisture, and the elements, the higher the higher DCOF (dynamic coefficient of friction) rating required of the tile surface you are selecting for use.

      1. Note: European R-ratings have no agency, cross-reference, or use with the ANSI standard, only US standards are used to measure the surfaces compliance with this new standard.

    3. The tile manufacturer you choose must meet these higher requirements and declare that their product is appropriate for the environment of use.  Manufacturers are required to declare that their product is appropriate for the environment of use in addition to meeting the DCOF standard.  Meeting the DCOF standard is not sufficient for use in these environments, the manufacturer must declare that they are appropriate for use.  The good news is that AutoStoneUSA meets these standards for your automotive dealership.
