SERVICE RECEPTION
The service reception, or service drive is one of the most important areas of the dealership. It is in this space that employees and customer meet and where the majority of first impressions and longest-lasting perceptions are created. It is here that your customers track-in contaminants (oil, grease, and other petroleum products), weather (water, humidity, ice, and snow), as well rubber transfer. The reality is automotive dealers do business on floors that face greater STF (slip, trip, and fall) risk due to the reality of servicing and selling ICE (internal combustion engines), and EV (electronic vehicles) automobiles.
The question dealers must answer is what steps you will take to reduce this risk.
